Rafael Thomaseto is a Brazilian film director and producer based in Los Angeles. Rafael began his career in advertising while in São Paulo and then went on to work producing commercials, music videos and award-winning short films internationally. After an internship in film finance in London, he formed an independent production company called Driven Equation. As an advocate for the expansion of queer representation in media, Rafael utilizes his voice as a director to highlight LGBTQIA+ stories, complexities, and existential matters.
